Location and Length of Lessons
The lessons are held at your residence/local area and are 60 minutes long.

Booking
We understand puppy training and behavioural issues are time sensitive, so we will always try to fit everyone in ASAP, especially for the first lesson, just to get you going in the right direction. Unfortunately, we are usually fully booked a week or so in advance, so if you could let us know your location and availability it will allow us to plan our schedule.

Lesson Prices and How to Pay
Each lesson costs $900 (with a discounted rate of $850 if it’s a former HK rescue shelter dog). Package deals are available for five lessons at $800hk. Lessons on Lantau are an additional $100 to cover travelling costs.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, PayMe or bank transfer on the day of the lesson.

Cancellation Policy
Our schedule varies week to week but once a schedule is agreed upon, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy to give us ample time to rearrange our day, or to offer the time slot to another waiting client. Since we come to you, any cancellation within 24 hours of the allotted appointment time or any no-show on the day will be subject to 50% of the lesson fee.
Hours of Operation
We offer lessons Monday-Sunday, 9am-7pm, including Public Holidays. Times of availability depend on our schedules and your location.
